Institutional DevelopmentIt is an on-going process for improvement of capacity, skills and functional mechanism as per the context and situation, hence READ try it’s best to update the system, policies and functional mechanism in a periodic basis. READ has its own office at Berhampur with adequate infrastructures and also has two rented offices in our operational area at Gajapati and Rayagada district with basic infrastructures. READ has its own land in Ramanaguda Block, where the Agriculture Resource Centre has been developed. The team of READ impart different capacity building trainings on organic agriculture, other alternative livelihood trainings too. READ has developed organic vermin compost, organic pesticides, manure, different nurseries, model fish farming, mushroom cultivation, goat rearing and Bee keeping for demonstration purposes. Thus, the beneficiaries can get both theoretical and practical training from the same.
