Mrs. Sarmistha Parichha is a committed social worker having experience over 10 years.  She is specialized in addressing women issues, mobilizing women self help groups and facilitate them on alternative income generation programs.

She also provides training to women on SHG management & function, leadership development and resource management.

Mrs. Parichha has worked on widows’ issues in Ganjam district of Odisha for long 4 years. She has completed master degree in social work (MSW) and associated with different institutions and renders her services.
