Gender equality and equity

Our idea backed behind the good governance is improvement in local governance; we believe that good governance could only solve majority of problems and good governance could only be achieved by voluntarily people participation. We encourage, motivate, train and Educate village women and man to take right based actions against the problem within the system.

Through our right based approaches we have been able to improve livelihood profile of rural families and instrumented PRIs through people led development. Land development and plantation have been taken in large area and numbers. The provisions of irrigation facilities to the needy have brought a huge positive change in their lives.
